Life Before CHB:
Alice lived in New Hampshire with her dad and her step family. She had no problem with her step-mother, Janice, who treated her like she would her daughter. Then Janice had a son. It was then when her parents began slowly but definitely showing their true feelings towards their daughter. Little by little, they ignored her, and responded to Brett, who was four years younger than her. Brett was taught to bully her, than blame her when he did something bad. Alice couldn't take it anymore, running away at age 14.

She ran to New York City, since her dad never wanted them to move there. She was clever enough to remain alive for two years, a satyr finally finding her and bringing her to camp.

Bryn is Welsh for 'Hill", Melanie is Greek for "dark", and Skylark is a type of bird.

She is female

Hair:
Bryn has very dark brown, almost black, hair. At the moment, it is a little bit past her shoulders, with a nice wave to the ends.
Eyes:
Her eyes are often described as a gray color, with a bit of green.
Skin:
Bryn is almost unnaturally pale, her dark hair not helping her vampirish looks. She has no freckles.

She is very slender.
Height:
Bryn is currently on the tall side, at five feet, eight inches.

Life Before Camp:
Bryn was born in 1934, in Vegas. She lived with her mother, who knew of the Greek Gods. Bryn was often plagued by nightmares, her dad's way of warning her of what was to come. However; five year old Bryn either didn't remember them or didn't tell anyone.

Valeria knew that her daughter was in danger, Morpheus had at least warned her that much. Under the Dream God's guidance, she left Bryn in the Lotus Hotel and Casino. She planned to get her daughter once they were safe, but died before then of Cancer.

Bryn left the Hotel in 1999, although seemed like only a few days to her. The reason she left was because the five-year-old missed her mother. Sadly, she found everything changed.

She was walking down the street a day later when she passed a graveyard. She went in, and found her mother's grave. Valeria had died two years after she put her daughter in safety.

Bryn wandered the streets for many more years. At age ten, she made friends with a girl by the name of Judith Parker. Judy's dad disapproved of their friendship, since Bryn was a little homeless girl who might be a bad influence. Judy's step-mother was all for the friendship, wanting Judy to grow up into a compassionate girl.

Bryn lived with them for five years, learning about the time she was now in. Judy's parents continued fighting, until they got divorced. Judy would have to move all the way to New York with her mother. Kindly, Judy's step mom let Bryn come with them.

They lived in New York, Bryn running away a year after because she hated to make Kim, Judy's Step-mom, spend money on her behalf. Judy found her, and they were heading back when found by a satyr, who brought them to camp.

Judy has lighter hair than her best friend, Bryn. She wears it in a similar style, a wave at the ends. It's the same length, a lighter brown color.

Unlike Bryn, Judy has less interesting eyes. Her eyes are a plain, dark brown color.

Judy is much more tan than Bryn, not at all vaguely vampire looking.

Life Before Camp:
Judy, unlike Bryn, was born in 1996. Her dad married a woman by the name of Kim, who was much nicer than Julius Parker. They lived in a small apartment in Vegas.

Judy's life was fairly normal until she turned ten. When she was walking to school one day, she met a girl her age named Bryn. The two became fast friends.

Kim was all for the friendship, being a kind and compassionate woman, but her husband was not. He hated the "Street Urchin" as he called Bryn. The couple began fighting, changing Judy's life.

Judy hated her parents when they fought. She almost ran away, right before Kim came and told them that they were moving to New York City. Judy decided to come, mostly because Bryn was going.

On night, Bryn ran off, Judy finding her a week later. Judy called her mom, then they were found by a satyr. Judy told her mom about Camp, then left for it.

Andras is seven years older than Meredith, the oldest boy in the family. He already had his own apartment by the time Meredith came. He is now 22 years old and is married.
~Branwen~
Branwen is three years older than Meredith. She was one of the ringleaders that made Meredith's life with the Adda family miserable. Branwen would be 18, just graduated from High School.
~Derwena~
Derwena is one year older than Meredith, and like a blood sister to her. She stood up for her when Branwen and her younger brothers teased her adopted sister.
~Dillon and Deri~
Twin brothers, they were one year younger than Meredith. They sided with Branwen, bullying her at every chance. Dillon and Deri would be Ninth grade.

Meredith is rather withdrawn and antisocial. She has the delusion that she can do everything on her own, and won't accept help from anyone. She also always feels that she must get revenge on those who hurt her.

Life Before CHB:
Meredith lived in Wales with her father. Gerald was a tourist, originally from America, who happened to be visiting for a good bit. When Makaria dropped off Meredith, he wasn't pleased. He was trying to travel the world and date a girl from every country he came to. Now he had a baby to take care of, which he left at the orphanage, departing the next day. It is unknown of what happens to him, although it is suspected that he got lost in the Jungle of Congo.

Meredith never really forgave her father. She wanted revenge, although she knew that it was impossible. All the other children at the orphanage teased her, calling her a freak. Meredith became a antisocial girl because of that, often getting revenge on her bullies.

By ten, the orphanage leaders sent her off to America. They knew something was wrong with her, and needed to protect the other children from her wrath. Meredith arrived in New York, feeling unwanted and miserable.

Meredith got adopted after a year at a dark and dreary orphanage for "special" kids. Her new adopted family already had six other kids, benefiting her unwanted feelings.

Three out of her six adopted siblings bullied her, two either didn't care or didn't live in the house, and only Derwena stood up for her. A few years later, Meredith burned down the Adda house, only Derwena, Andras, and Adaryn surviving.

She and Derwena ran around New York for a bit, until they stumbled upon camp at age 14. Derwena was claimed as a daughter of Charities, and stayed in the mortal world, living with her now discovered to be alive step-mother. Meredith chose to stay at camp.

Life Before CHB:
Carmen lived in a small town in Spain. From an early age, she loved to run. In fact, running was the only way to escape the nightmare of her home life. Her mother was always drunk, and she was plagued by monsters. Carmen joined the school track team when she started Middle School.

Carmen rose to the top of her school's team, causing her school to win the Country Championships. Since she was the head of the track team, she rose in popularity. When she started Middle School, Carmen was the excellent bully target. Once she started winning for the school, she became the most popular girl athlete.

Carmen soon had many blow off friends. She also had one true friend, Miranda. Miranda kept her friend from making bad decisions. In fact, she wouldn't let Carmen go to any of the popular parties, hosted by the other popular kids. She was constantly invited, though Miranda declined for her.

One day, Carmen was invited to a girl named Malorie's party. Malorie was known for her wild parties, in fact, they were legendary. Miranda not there to stop her, Carmen excepted the invitation, unknowingly sacrificing her only true friend.

The party resulted in Malorie's house burning down, after some kid decided that lighting the table clothes would be cool. She ran away that night, heading towards a new life in America.

After landing in Manhattan, Carmen was picked up by a satyr and brought to camp.
