As my eyes adjusted, I saw a girl on the floor and a guy who can turn off and on the light with out touching them.....okay, "Thanks,"

"No problem" he said "I'm Nate'" he said and attempted to smile

"Dulaney," I said extending my hand.

Nate shook her hand "Son of Nyx" he said "Your parent?" he asked

"Euterope," I said, "She's one of the muses,"

"A bit uncommon, isn't it?" he asked "To meet a child of a muse" he said

I smiled and nodded, "Yeah, basically my whole orphanage is a child of the Muses,"

"That's cool" he said and projected stars from his hand

I nodded, "Wow, thats really cool," I looked over at his image thing.

He closed his hand "Eh,it's a Nyx thing" he said an smiled

"My mom gave me nothing." I shrugged, "Well I guess as the muse of songs, and I sing, It works,"

He nodded and smiled "Mind if I here?" he asked

I smiled and blushed just a bit, "Um okay," I closed my eyes, I might be a star preformer at the orphanage but now, I have the Apolo kids, "Don't tell me not to live, just sit and putter. Life's candy and the sun's a ball of butter. Don't bring around a cloud to rain on my parade" I gripped my shirt. Why do people make me so nervouse.

He nodded "Anytime" he said "Well I gotta leave to make sure my sister doesn't leave" he said and waved 'Bye" he said and left

I smiled and waved back, wait till Jack heres this. I hurrily grabbed a book and left.
